Overview Ranked among the nation's top 20 Construction Managers by Engineering News-Record, The LiRo Group provides construction management, engineering, environmental, architectural and program management solutions for a broad range of public and private sector clients.     LiRo's Environmental Group is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Environmental Project Manager for projects in Long Island and New York City.   Responsibilities Handling a variety of tasks including environmental investigations and assessments including regulatory compliance, asbestos and lead paint inspections and remediation oversight Project management, technical support and report writing Ability to train and develop staff Qualifications Qualified candidate must have 5+ years' experience in asbestos, lead paint inspection and remediation on task order based contracts Fully licensed with valid NYS DOL and NYC DEP Certifications, HAZMAT, Code Compliance and UST's experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field   We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits program Equal Opportunity Employe

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
