Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift

The Land O'Lakes Supply Chain & Operations division provides strategic leadership across the company's many business units. The team plays a significant role in fueling revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence, quality, process improvement and innovation. By partnering closely with Finance, Marketing and Human Resources, the team delivers value to Land O'Lakes business units, members and customers.
The Maintenance Supervisor Position exists to provide leadership and direction to the Maintenance team. This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and reliability of the plant manufacturing systems. This position will work with both the Maintenance Planner / Scheduler and Maintenance Manager to plan and ensure the execution of all Corrective, Preventive and Predictive maintenance work involving plant process equipment in accordance with all GMP standards.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate functions, assignments and projects of shift staff
Communication and documentation of shift activities with other shift Leads and Production to ensure resolution and/or follow through. (ie: Pass down, Shift and Departmental Meetings)
Audit, identify and implement process improvements
Execute preventative maintenance plans
Perform functions of a maintenance mechanic, support departmental and corporate standards (ie: LQMS, GMP, Safety)
Train, develop, and ensure maintenance staff follows Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance and Safe Work practice and Procedures
Weekly E1 Catalyst Maintenance planning
Experience-Education (Required):
High School Diploma and five (5) plus years' experience in Industrial maintenance operations
Individual possess 3 plus years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role leading a team of maintenance personnel
Ability to work a flexible schedule when dictated by business needs
Competencies-Skills (Required):
Individual should have good organizational skills, be detail oriented, self-motivated, possess good leadership and team building skills to function as a team member and leader
Understanding of the OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs
Comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used, safety regulations, practices and procedures applicable to work unit
CMMS experience and Microsoft Office skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Experience-Education (Preferred):
B.S. degree in an Engineering or Engineering Technology field from an ABET accredited college or university
Diary / Food Manufacturing highly desired
Competencies-Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge and understanding of Hazardous gas operation, Ammonia Refrigeration, Boilers, Building structure and Waste Treatment plant systems a plus
Hours: 1st shift; Starting at 5am to 2:30pm. Must be able to work extended hours. Weekend and holidays hours may be required based on production needs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
