Summary:
The Data Quality/Technical Specialist will be a member of the Master Data Management (MDM) Team. In this role, this team member will participate and contribute to all major tasks including requirements, analysis, solution design, development, testing, training, implementation and support. This team member will take the lead in the data quality component of this project including data profiling, cleansing, standardization, classification, de-duplication, generating product descriptions and managing/maintaining the supporting infrastructure. This candidate will also be responsible for integrating both inbound and outbound data sources to and from the product hub.
A successful candidate will have prior experience in implementing an MDM solution for a large distribution company using the Informatica MDM tool suite specifically Informatica Data Quality, Informatica PIM, Informatica Media Manager, Informatica BPM. Ability to perform basic SQL Server DBA tasks a plus.
Experience: BS Technical Discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience using Informatica's Data Quality tool suite as part of a corporate MDM implementation.
Minimum of 3 years' experience interfacing Informatica's Data Quality with Informatica PIM.
Complete understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) technology components including the ability to design and develop solutions for MDM.
Informatica PIM experience a plus
Data Integration. Must have a solid and demonstrated technical understanding of different data integration technologies such as SOA and ETL technologies. Ability to design and develop integration solutions for MDM.
Working experience using RPG and Java.
Knowledge of SQL Server DB and ability to perform basic DBA tasks a plus.
