Customer Service/Office Manager

Customer Service/Office Manager will be responsible for:
-Taking 1st call
-Handling issues
-Handling returns
-Making shipping Labels
-Checking shipment before shipping
-Should be able to handle stress (gets stressful for the months of October to March
-Provide guidance for 6 customer service employees
Full time position, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Must be available/flexible to work occasional Saturdays. Starting Salary $30,000. Benefits include: 1 Week Vacation and 5 sick days.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
