Job Description:
Venture Solar is an industry-leading solar energy provider, and we are looking to expand our team! Solar is one of the fastest growing industries in the country, and we are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales Team.
This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company.
We are currently seeking motivated salespeople with no prior solar experience required.
We will provide a detailed training program that will aim to take you from having no solar experience to being a solar sales representative within 90 days.
The training program will provide extensive product and industry knowledge in a short period of time to provide you with the tools necessary in order to be a solar salesperson.
The role of the training candidate is:
Qualify solar viable homes Generate interest from homeowners by educating them on the benefits of solar Setting appointments with homeowners for a solar specialist to meet them Attending in person training sessions to learn the details of the product offerings Ride along at prospective sales appointments to further your solar education Requirements:
Reliable transportation Reachable - Communicate well via phone, text, and email Professional - Good image, good demeanor Knowledgeable - Product knowledge and pitch memorization Student Mentality - Ask the right questions, learn from your mistakes Good Attitude - Offer solutions, rather than problems Compensation for a solar sales representative is north of $100k per year.
Those who graduate from the training program can expect to make between $100k -150k annually.
