Quality Assurance Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst/LIMS Support to join our tech team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic lab operations, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and quality assurance practices.
This role will ensure the quality and integrity of our laboratory data and systems and support our LIMS platform.
ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance:
o Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
o Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity and compliance with quality standards.
o Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
LIMS Support:
o Provide technical support and training to end-users on LIMS and quality assurance best practices.
o Collaborate with the tech team to design, test, and implement new features and functionality in our LIMS platform.
Application QA:
o Test and validate new software applications and updates to ensure compliance with quality standards.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
o Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure application functionality and data integrity.
o Identify and report defects and errors and collaborate with the tech team to resolve issues.
o Conduct exploratory testing to identify issues not caught through automated testing.
o Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to ensure application functionality and data integrity.
LIMS QA:
o Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure LIMS functionality and data integrity.
o Identify and report defects and errors and collaborate with the tech team to resolve issues.
o Conduct regular LIMS audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with quality standards.
o Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
o Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on quality assurance and LIMS best practices.
o Binder Creation:
Create and maintain quality assurance binders and documentation packages for regulatory inspections and auditsAutomation Testing:
o Develop and implement automated testing scripts to ensure LIMS functionality and data integrity.
o Collaborate with the tech team to integrate automated testing into the development cycle.
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and records.
Application Support:
o Provide technical support for laboratory applications and systems.
o Collaborate with the tech team to resolve issues and implement new features and functionality.
Qualifications o 2
years of experience o Experience with scripting languages (e.
g.
Python, JavaScript).
o Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
o Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.
g.
Selenium, Appium).
o Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) and other laboratory software applications.
