Responsibilities:
Efficiently process reservations booked via phone calls, emails, online platforms, and other systems.
Assist clients in planning and coordinating their ground transportation needs.
Collaborate with coworkers, managers, and drivers to address and resolve issues as they arise.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Patience and adeptness in working with clients.
Ability to multitask, such as entering data while engaging in phone conversations.
Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Proficiency in building rapport with customers over the phone.
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for details.
Previous experience in a call center (inbound or outbound) or retail customer service.
