We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Counter Staff.
As a Counter Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Provide product recommendations and upsell items to enhance the customer experience - Handle cash transactions using a POS system - Prepare and package food items according to customer preferences - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and counter space - Assist with food preparation tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Culinary experience or interest in the food industry is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting -Weekends and Holidays are a MUST Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting of heavy objects.
Prior experience in the retail or food service industry is preferred but not required.
