Follows direction from assigned manager on how to complete assignments and adhere to specified deadlines.

Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Gathers, tabulates, and posts information and/or records.
Checks documents for accuracy and completeness, verifies information, and prepares forms.
Opens, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
May answer phone, take messages, provide information, or redirect calls as appropriate.
May perform basic facilities support duties such as; cleaning, routine maintenance or landscaping.
Operates office equipment such as a calculator, copy and facsimile machines, typewriter, or personal computer.
Generates and distributes reports.
Maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.
Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Required
Qualifications:
Education level required:
High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent Minimum experience required:
Less than 1 year of general office/operations support.

Education level preferred:
College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent) Banking Operations.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
