The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for the following:
Greeting and checking in patients, as well as answering, screening and transferring calls from patients to physicians Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients General office duties, including filing, data entry, and answering phones Ordering office supplies Maintaining the front desk calendar and scheduling meetings Ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Previous experience in a medical setting preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
