!! As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert assistance in our parts department.
While prior experience with Volkswagen (VW) and Audi is not required, it would be beneficial for this position.
We welcome applications from A, B, or C counter persons who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate Volkswagen parts for their vehicles Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, orders, and concerns Utilize the parts catalog and computer systems to accurately locate and retrieve parts Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure availability Process parts orders and returns efficiently and accurately Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts Stay updated with the latest Volkswagen and Audi product knowledge and technical information Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area Requirements:
Previous experience as a parts counter person (A, B, or C level) is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with Volkswagen and Audi vehicles and parts is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others High school diploma or equivalent
