This position involves assisting in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in identifying and resolving technical issues.
Helping train end-users on various software applications when required.
Escalating complex issues to senior IT staff.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Prior technical support experience is not required but can be an advantage.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
