Junior Recruiter responsibilities include posting job ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
Ultimately, you'll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.

Salary plus commission 9:
30am-6pm Monday through Friday Hicksville location
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sourcing and onboarding and willingness to expand their knowledge within other areas, such as education and healthcare Conduct interviews to qualify prospective candidates in accordance with clients' requirements Coordinate the full -cycle process from collecting required documents to scheduling interviews to placement on assignment Utilize innovative sourcing to attract qualified talent through our ATS internal system, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and other platforms.
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them with setting up interview times Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Participate in candidate sourcing efforts Requirements:
