SUMMARY Assist's in the day to do operations of the accounting office and warehouse in a clerical role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Essential Duties include the following.
(Other duties may be assigned):
Maintain and reconcile the daily routes of cash received from the daily sale of parts.
Maintain the credit card customer database with current information.
Process credit card payments Clear and concise communications with parts director, and colleague, including keeping the parts director appraised as to missing routes and missing funds.
Assist with other functions regarding receivables (help with monthly statement, getting invoices and credit memos for customers) Organize daily COD invoices in route order; Take incoming customer calls for credit card payments; Respond to all voicemail and email messages.
Files all completed paperwork as needed.
Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Keeps work area clean.

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
