The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We are currently open to part-time/full-time role(s).
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Maintain paperwork and update spreadsheets/software Manage incoming and outgoing shipments; create Shipping labels online Call production facilities to gather updates and double-check timelines/deadlines Make frequent trips to production facility (in Midtown Manhattan) via LIRR (company expense) Provide general administrative support Day-to-day operations involves working with small parts, requiring attention to detail, sharp eye-sight and consistent focus Car/Driving is not required.
The office location is next to to Hicksville LIRR Train Station.
Skills needed:
MS Excel/Google Sheets Organizational Skills Attention to Detail Communication skills Big plus if you have experience with any of the following:
VLookups Shopify Quickbooks online; Health benefits are not included.
References required.
Must be LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN USA.
