The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing employee schedules, monitoring attendance, and ensuring that shifts are adequately staffed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and has a passion for creating efficient and effective schedules.
Experience with SBV scheduling highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an efficient scheduling system.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate scheduling.
Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer needs.
Ensure that all employees are scheduled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze current scheduling trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and hours worked.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for scheduling staff.
