Responsibilities:
Answering phones, taking detailed messages and entering into the computer Data entry Emailing Maintaining a calendar/schedule for technicians and estimators Scheduling estimates and jobs General office duties Microsoft Office experience General knowledge of accounting functions (I am willing to teach) Invoicing Filing for permits and inspections Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Capacity to learn quickly and follow directions Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills Must have excellent customer service skills Dependable and punctual Experience with any CRM or dispatching program a plus (ServiceTitan, HousecallPro, FieldEdge etc.
)
Qualifications:
Must be drug-free, have a clean background check, and a valid driver's license Hours:
M-F at least 40 hours dependent upon workflow (Start times of shifts:
7:
30, 8, and 8:
30) - Hours will be determined by supervisor - Some Saturday mornings may be required during busy seasons with plenty of notice and paid as overtime (We are flexible, you would be sharing Saturdays with two others in the office, only one person working at a time) We Offer:
