Office manager will work hand-in-hand with bookkeeper, project manager and owner.
Hours will be from 8am - 4pm Monday-Friday.
The ideal candidate will have a construction background with a good understanding of the construction/building process.

A perfectionist who is attentive to detail and triple checks their work.
Must be Organized! Must have Computer Knowledge and be able to navigate Microsoft Programs such as Word, Outlook, and Excel (Quickbooks is a plus).
Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills.
Great Communicator (verbal and written).
Detail Oriented Must be reliable !! Must be able to work under pressure (During busy season) Must be a Team Player Must be able to prioritize, manage time and complete tasks at hand.
As the office manager you will be assisting with any and all tasks, such as:
Help answer phone calls from potential clients, current clients, vendors, suppliers and project managers.
Help schedule appointments for estimates, signings, meetings and material delivery/ pick-ups.
May be asked to order and purchase materials online or over the phone for current projects.
Follow up, track orders and communicate/coordinate with project managers and homeowners.
Write up proposals/contracts.
Follow up with potential clients via phone and/or email.
Keep excel trackers (Must take notes & make To-Do Lists) Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain and update Social Media platforms (FB & IG) and reply to comments.
The goal of this role is to help run every aspect of the company and make everything run smoothly!! We are a small office and work as a TEAM.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
