Veterinary Assistant- Island Tree Veterinary Hospital Hicksville, New York Join A Great Team! Island Tree Veterinary Hospital is a compassionate, well-educated, up-to-date veterinary hospital that strives to treat and take care of our patients to the highest level of veterinary care available.
We currently have 5 exam rooms and offer boarding and grooming.
We are looking for a full-time experienced Veterinary Assistant that is confident with proper animal handling and restraint, able to work closely with our veterinary technicians and veterinarians, understands the importance of client education, takes pride in keeping the hospital areas clean and organized, able to jump in when needed, is a positive and supportive team player, looking to take their skills and knowledge to the next level.
The veterinary industry is constantly advancing and we encourage our staff to do the same.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
