Modern office setting We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, providing information about the hotel and its amenities, and handling payments.
The successful candidate will be able to provide a friendly and professional experience for all of our guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries.
Provide information about the hotel and its services.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area.
Handle cash, credit card, and room charges accurately.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
