Responsibilities:
Communication with vendors and clients Should have a knowledge and experience with MS Excel Project documentation and paperwork Communications with field staff and reporting of ongoing projects Vendor Account management and payment tracking Plan & coordinate multi-trade works Be involved with purchasing and subcontractor agreements Field visits & review Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
Qualifications:
Minimum Associates or Bachelors Degree Recommended experience in Construction Strong communication skills Excellent command in Microsoft Excel Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Job Type:
