We are currently seeking a well-rounded Order Entry Manager to oversee our fast-paced and vital Order Entry department.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a deadline driven environment.
Will have managed or supervised a team of Order Entry or Data Entry associates in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Must have superior written, verbal, and overall communication skills, a strong computer aptitude, and be comfortable working on word, excel and proprietary software.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing incoming orders for completeness and accuracy; resolve any discrepancies.
Monitoring the Order Entry inbox, delegating and managing overall department workflow.
Processing all orders accurately and efficiently with utmost attention to detail.
Making the necessary changes for efficient workflow within the department in conjunction with our outsourced team abroad.
Tracking the status of customer service orders and continue to follow up until successfully closed.
Staying informed and up to date on new products, services and polices, as they apply to the company.
Collaborating and communicate with Sales, Customer Service and Shipping teams to manage the order to completion to meet or exceed customer requirements.
Escalating orders to appropriate departments when needed to ensure issues are identified and resolved.
