In this role you will support internal staff with administrative duties related to recruitment and payroll.
Assistant Recruiter Responsibilities (80%) - Search for resumes using job boards and Internal Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn) - Perform initial candidate screenings via phone and text - Enter notes into Bullhorn; record submissions, interviews and placements - Maintain and update all candidate information in Bullhorn - Secure pre-employment paperwork and any onboarding documents prior to candidate start date - Back-up reception functions as needed Payroll Clerk Responsibilities (20%) - Collect and verify hours worked for all temporary employees - Accurately enter data into payroll software (ADP) - Review hours reported/computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll - Update payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates and employee status changes - Serve as point of contact for payroll questions from employees and management - Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies - Prepare and submit payroll reports to supervisor - Generate and email invoices to clients Requirements &
Qualifications:
- Experience in a recruiting or payroll related role - Knowledge of recruiting software, job boards or payroll software a plus - Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Word and Excel - Ability to problem solve, work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication, organizational and time management skills Hours:
Mon - Fri 9am-5pm Job Types:
