00 PMJob Description & Duties:
Responsible for receiving stock, organizing it in designated bin locations, and accurately recording all inbound stock in the in-house computer system.
Prepares returns to manufacturers, tags merchandise for returns, and stages orders for the next day's outbound business.
Maintain customer goodwill through courteous acknowledgment of all customers.
Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required.
Attend prescribed training sessions to stay proficient in the job description.
Safely and proficiently use dealership equipment and resources.
Perform additional tasks as required by the Parts Manager.
Verify receiving documents and report shortages to expedite resolution.
Print invoices for pulled stock parts, check parts against invoices, and ensure correct staging.
Separate parts in the staging area without invoices until all routes are checked.
Set aside invoices without parts in the staging area until all routes are checked.
After checking all routes, verify extra parts against invoices and relocate if necessary.
PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) undocumented parts to find the invoice and reprint.
Handle missing parts stocked off-site based on dealership locations.
Mark the invoice, send a quote to Bond ST.
for verification and delivery.
Mark the invoice, leave it with A.
M.
staff for calling to check for missing parts for driver pickup at dealership locations.
Inbound freight procedures:
Print packing lists before the arrival of inbound freight.
Complete supersessions before freight arrival.
Address allocation, restriction, or unavailability issues with sales personnel for resolution.
Scan, invoice, and allocate inbound freight to respective route locations.
Initial completed invoices in the upper right-hand corner to indicate parts check and staging.
Warehouse responsibilities for parts, including checking, receipting, and staging for delivery.
Remove debris, garbage, or empty boxes from the warehouse.
Leave empty totes in the cages, ensuring daily cage returns.
