Job DescriptionThe Cashier is responsible for receiving/processing payments for services rendered, explaining the work performed, assisting with answering the phones, booking appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
ResponsibilitiesEnsures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfactionAnswers incoming calls to the Service department and schedules appointments or directs caller when necessaryFiles/retrieves repair ordersTakes detailed, accurate messagesCloses out repair orders accordingly after payment is processedCompletes daily deposit Sets and confirms appointments for Service departmentGreets customers with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or locationSchedules service for customers either in person or on the phoneVerifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name, phone number, VIN, mileage, etc.
